In the 15+ years of her career, She played many roles as a Teacher, Trainer, Coach, and Entrepreneur. She trained more than 1 Lakh+ students, teachers, employees and homemakers.
Dr Rani's one-of-a-kind modules and approaches improve a student's spoken English and encourage and transform the student's body language, enhance their attitude, develop confidence and prepares them to be leaders of tomorrow. Other programmes, such as Communication Skills, Soft Skills, Personality Development, and Public Speaking Skills, are in the same boat.
Her abilities as a trainer have earned her numerous accolades at the state, national, and international levels. She also received the AUGP-USA Peace Educator Award in 2018 and the Mahatma Gandhi Peace Award in 2020 for her social programme outreach in Tamilnadu.
